All timings, locations, stylings and important details are documented. Extremely clear and detailed schedule in an easy to read format so that nothing gets forgotten. Emailed to yourself as well as all vendors so that everyone is on the same page. 


Scheduled 6 weeks prior to finalise all details and address any concerns. Get peace of mind that everything is running to plan.  


Vendors will be contacted for details, timings, bump in/out, and any special requirements are verified. All done for you so that you don’t need to think about it.

How does it work?

Step #1

Book your free consultation to get the ball rolling. 

In this meeting we will discuss everything you envision for your special day and setup your contract.

Step #2

We will have another meeting approximately 6 weeks out from your wedding date to go over everything you have planned. 

I will get in contact with your booked vendors and make sure everyone is up to speed.

Step #3

On the day of your wedding it will be my job to oversee all vendors and to make sure that your stylings and decor are set out exactly how you envisioned them. Once you arrive I will then proceed with monitoring the days events.

Yes we do! We can discuss what best works for you. Fortnightly or Monthly payments.

FAQ - What locations do you service?

Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast QLD locations. More than happy for you to ask if your wedding is in another location. 

FAQ - Do you take on more than one wedding per day?

No, I only allow one wedding booked per day as I handle everyone’s special day personally.

FAQ - Do you have Pubic Liability Insurance?

Yes sure do!!! NRMA Insurance.
